Brad is Toledo-based percussionist, composer, and bandleader. Brad’s career in SE Michigan and NW Ohio has led him to collaborate with and accompany jazz luminaries across the country, such as Amos Hoffman, Mark Tonelli, Gene Parker, David Bixler, Ellen Rowe, Edward Gooch, Bryan Olsheski, Waves De Ache, Jaak Sooar, and many others. Brad’s Artificer Quartet is a post-bop-driven culmination of tradition and modernity, in a format that allows each member of the group the freedom to create openly. The quartet can be seen all over the region from Detroit to Columbus, and is soon to release Brad’s sophomore LP as a bandleader.
