A Modern & Classy Venue

Our venue is equipped with fine dining tables and chairs, custom lighting, a large stage, and state-of-the-art sound, all in a variety of customizable configurations. If we cannot provide something in-house, we have established relationships with a wide network of preferred partners and vendors available to all event clients. A service charge applies for handling of outside rental items.

Staffing & Fees

Events are subject to a per person fee for an agreed-upon minimum and 6% Michigan sales tax on food and beverages. The operational fee is not a gratuity and serves to offset various expenses associated with planning and administration of the event. Staffing is determined by our team of service experts based on specific characteristics of the event.

Our team of culinary experts utilize our phenomenal Afro Caribbean menu for a variety of memorable options, or can customize a special menu outside of our regular menu offerings with your group for an additional per person fee.

Live Music

Inquire about our extensive list of top-performing artists available for your event, from high-energy DJs to relaxed jazz pianists, and everyone in between.

Do you have an artist in mind? From your staff’s after-work cover band to a Grammy Award-winning megastar, we are open to a variety of artists using our stage. Our Artistic Director will work with you to accommodate your needs or find the best solution for your request.

Most genres of music or DJs are welcome. And remember, live music is not mandatory, but highly recommended.

Who Will Staff Your Event

  • One General Manager
  • One Audio Production Specialist (with or without live music)
  • One bartender per 80 guests
  • Additional bartender available for $25 per hour
  • One server per 35 guests for walking appetizers and/or buffet service
  • One server per 25 guests during table service
    Kitchen staff determined by menu options

Costs are based on the total time of the event, three hours for setup and one hour for teardown. If an event requires additional setup and cleanup times, additional fees may apply.
