Join us for a wicked good time with the Kimmie Horne Quartet! In addition to spooky season themes mixed into the night, there will be prizes for the best costumes. So make sure you come dressed in your Halloween best if you’d like to participate!

A Detroit native, Kimmie Horne developed her own unique style of performing and singing. She was inspired by her great-aunt, the legendary songstress and movie icon Lena Horne and her uncle, Cleveland Horne, lead vocalist of Motown’s Fantastic Four.

She is recognized internationally as a Jazz Singer, weaving blends of pop and rhythm and Blues, as well as classic jazz with her rich, alto voice and sultry performances.

Kimmie received the National Honor as Lady of Jazz by Black Women in Jazz and Arts Award in 2017 and was also recognized when she received the prestigious Best Jazz Vocalist for the 2018 Detroit Music Awards.

She has mesmerized audiences across North America, Europe and Asia with her engaging live performances. Her talent transcends beyond impeccable vocals and charisma alone. Most recently, Kimmie received stellar reviews as her portrayal of Sarah Vaughn in the Satin Dolls Revue 2021 and 2022.
