Bassist, composer and bandleader Dave Sharp leads an Octet to celebrate the 102nd birthday of jazz luminary Charles Mingus .
The Dave Sharp Octet: Above the Underdog Project features Sharp on Upright Bass, Sean Dobbins on Drums, Rick Roe on piano, Bobby Streng on Tenor Saxophone, Vincent Chandler on Trombone, Alex Harding on Baritone Saxophone, Dan Bennett on Alto Saxophone and Allen Dennard on Trumpet.
Reservations are required and, due to capacity, communal seating will be implemented for this event.
